Mental Health Support

Our classes are perfect for those that are wanting to improve their mental health. Getting out in nature and being active in a group setting is a great way of managing stress, anxiety or depression. Team Thomas is and will always be a safe space for everyone!

New Friends

At Team Thomas, all ages and genders are welcome! You’ll meet like-minded people from all different walks of life. The social aspect of our classes makes them a great option for those wanting to avoid loneliness. Team Thomas has become a close community over the years and that is the reason we love what we do so much!

Fun Fitness

Our passion for making exercise fun is why so many people keep coming back. We will help you break a sweat without feeling like you’re dragging your feet. We promise that at our sessions you’ll always have a good laugh!

Such a friendly and fun way to get fit outdoors in the fresh air. Every session is different and the group really encourage you to meet any goals you might have such as losing weight or running 5k. Lots of social events too as part of the ‘team’ element – nothing compulsory but simply to try new experiences and meet new people. Love it!

Absolutely love going to the Team Thomas sessions. It is such a friendly group of people, I always leave the sessions smiling having had a good time. Jules & Owen are great at encouraging you to keep going and make the sessions really fun. I lost 2 stone in 2021 over a 6 month period and since rejoining in September (2 months postpartum) I have lost 1 stone. Would recommend this group to everyone, not just for exercising but for a great laugh too!

10/10 best people around. Joined over a year ago and they have improved my fitness and mental well being. I never thought I could do this type of training but with them have completed a 10k Wolf Run and climbed Snowdon recently. Also, I was discharged from a health clinic due to improving my fitness. They are an absolute diamond couple who do amazing work in many areas for the community. I have a new group of friends who support and push each other in the group as well as have a lot of fun. Highly recommended especially at minimum for a free trial.

Are your classes suitable for beginners?

Yes! Our classes are suitable and challenging for all abilities. Our small classes allow us to get to know everyone on a personal level so we can help you set and achieve your personal goals. 

What should I wear?

Please make sure your clothing is appropriate for the weather as our sessions run in all kinds of weather conditions. We also advise that you wear suitable trainers that you don’t mind getting dirty!

What do I need to bring with me?

We strongly advise that you bring a water bottle and a coat if the weather is cold. Other than that, all you need is a positive attitude and plenty of energy!
